Trauma Center (VTC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the
elimination of sexual and interpersonal violence through healing,
empowerment, and increased public awareness of prevention strategies.
We work with communities to provide
quality crisis intervention and counseling services, trainings,
and prevention education to promote social change.

Trauma Centers provides a 24-Hour Sexual Assault Emergency Response
Team, counseling, and prevention education to over 15,000 individuals
annually. In addition, Valley Trauma Center has expanded its case
management and counseling services as a Los Angeles County Family
Preservation Program lead agency.
Trauma Center counseling, crisis intervention services, and prevention
education programs are available in Spanish and English; other
languages are offered when available.
Centers service area covers nearly 457 square miles of Los Angeles
